REPLY TO NIGERIA CONCORD: ZAM TITUS EMBEZZLES 1.9 BILLION GHOST WORKERS SALARIES

The attention of the Special Adviser to Governor Samuel Ortom on Local
Government and Chieftaincy Affairs Hon.Titus Zam is drawn to a post
published by an online smearing mercenary, Aare Abiodun of Concord
online media.

In the said post Aare alleged that Hon.Titus Zam embezzled 1.9 billion
of local Government funds. Which is blatant white lies.

The publisher of this post is only operating under the figment of his
imagination or perhaps under the influence of spiritual wickedness in
high places bidded to persistently cause distraction and reduce to
nought in the eyes of the people anything close to Governor Samuel
Ortom.

It is pitiably funny that in this current dispensation where whistle
blowing has become a lucrative business opportunity for potential
entrepreneurs to grab, there would be hesitation to feast on the
Adviser with the necessary authorities.

I challenge Aare who is accusing Zam of embezzlement to blow the
whistle and earn himself One hundred and ninety million.

This amount of money is huge considering our present economic fortune
to let go by anyone who has facts regarding the said amount of money.
Otherwise, they should remain silent and come up with better stories
to earn their meal tickets.

It is no longer news that some local government barons are after the
Special Adviser for daring to implement the E-payment which has taken
many of them out of business to become desperate in pulling down the
Adviser who has reiterated his readiness and pledged his loyalty to
work with the vision of the governor. This stance has been established
as the reason for this orchestrated plan to smear the image of the
Adviser.

It is however regrettable that while the reforms in the local
government sector in Benue has received accolades as evident in the
recent award given to the Special Adviser as the best grassroot
mobilizer in local government administration in North Central Nigeria,
anyone would be insistent to weary his firm stature.

I want to summit that the allegation is not only false but wicked and
lacking in substance. I therefore, urge members of the public to
dismiss and disregard reports coming from Concord and any other
hireling of the opposition in Benue against Hon.Zam or any other
appointee of Samuel Otom government. This is deliberate and
consciously furnished with a vow to unleash more of unimaginable
falsehoods.

Signed:
Terungwa Nunde
Media Aide to Hon.Titus Zam.
