NYCAN Congratulates Gambari

A group, the North Central Youth Assembly Of Nigeria (NCYAN), has congratulated Professor Ibrahim Gambari on his appointment as the Chief of Staff to President Muhammadu Buhari .

In a statement made available and signed  by its Acting National Publicity Secretary, Comr. Anjie Micah Fanen, the group described the new Chief of Staff as a true Nigerian and a capable hand.

NCYAN further appreciated Mr President for finding a capable hand from the region in person of Professor Ibrahim Gambari and urged him to appoint more, especially the youths and women of the region in his government.

The statement reads in details:

"The above named body joins multitude of other well wishers to celebrate with you, Prof. Gambari Ibrahim on your well deserved appointment by President Muhammadu Buhari as his Chief of Staff.

Sir,  your appointment is again a confirmation of your true and just Nigerian who is ever ready to serve the country passionately in any capacity. 

Your service to the Nation as a Minister (1984-1985), Nigerian Ambassador to United Nations between 1990-1999, your services during the administrations of Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida,  Ernest Shonekaan,  Sani Abacha,  Abdulsalami Abubakar,  Olusegun Obasanjo and also coming from the North Central Region of the country have assured Nigerians that President Muhammadu Buhari has appointed a capable hand as his Chief Of Staff.

We therefore,  thank Mr President for appointing such a competent hand and sue him to appoint more of such capable hands from the North Central part of the country, not forgetting our stand for youths and women inclusion in his administration.                                                              

NCYAN prays and seeks for the Unity of our dear country, Nigeria from all the Six Regions of Federation as we have no better Country than Nigeria."
