In 2009, he worked as a programs producer and director for the Nigerian music channel Sound City. While at Sound City, he met Shizzi, a producer who has produced for Wizkid, Hunta and Davido. Together with Shizzi, OD Woods recorded the hit song ‘Go Below’.
OD Woods runs an entertaninmet firm by the name 'WoodHouse Entertainment'. The Entertainment firm is responsible for organizing 'Made In Benue' held yearly.
