Airnaz Big 10 Review: Why does He See Himself as a Small Pikin?

Airnaz is a product of  boundless tenacity.  The middle-belt rising star's release of  Big 10 is evidence that his unavoidable hiatus from the music industry was necessary and  intentional to help him build a purpose around his journey to a music comeback. This Big 10 review's purpose, to explore the boldness of an artist on a journey to defy and amplify the essence of artistry beyond words.

Past projects

“All Because of” projected Airnaz to a wider audience, shortly later, he was on his way to Lagos to change the narrative around his quiet and humble talent as a vocalist. He released “Farr Gone” to describe his journey beyond comfort zone and his way up. Now, he is here after serving his country through the NYSC program.

Is the Big 10 a Hit or Miss?

Arguably, this is a question most music lovers consider streaming numbers as a  deciding metric to qualify  a miss or a hit. The maturity and unmatched temperament Airnaz oozes is testament of his development as an Afrobeats artiste.

I have been an ardent fan for years now, the Airnaz Big 10 review comes from a place of trust and entitled expectations to see him thrive. His return from hiatus should offer him a purpose of reinvention and calculated positioning to meet the industry standards.

Why does he see himself as a Small Pikin?

The vocalist seeks to redeem his sense of maturity as he urges this girl(Juli) to be patient with him while she enjoys the little benefits (Tom Tom & Kuli-Kuli) because he is a small pikin.

Writing lyrics that are beyond convention is not a forte within Nigeria Music trend. We usually like to keep it short and simple. This song is not an exception. It lacks the depth to grab attention beyond aesthetics  and beauty of sounds and rhythm.

Now, What?

Beyond words  this song opens a new world to explore for Airnaz. Can't wait to see what comes next from this artist. You can keep up with Airnaz on all social media platforms.
