STEPS ON HOW TO CREATE AND PLACE A SHORTCUT ICON OF AN EXISTING FILE (SAVED DOCUMENT NAME) e.g Peter ON THE WINDOWS DESKTOP:
·        Open the program or package in which the file was created
·        On the File Menu, click Open or Save  As, as the case may be
·        An Open or Save As dialog box appears
·        Locate the file name e.g. Peter and right click on it
·        Locate send to and click on desktop (create shortcut)
·        Click on the close or minimize button to confirm.

Or open My Computer (Windows Explorer) and specify My Documents, locate the file name and right click on it, locate Send To and click on Desktop (Create Shortcut)

  1. I think that what you posted made a great deal of
    sense. But, consider this, suppose you wrote a catchier
    title? I mean, I don't want to tell you how to run your
    website, however suppose you added a title that makes people want more?
    I mean "STEPS ON HOW TO CREATE AND PLACE A SHORTCUT ICON OF AN EXISTING FILE (SAVED DOCUMENT NAME) e.g Peter ON THE WINDOWS DESKTOP:" is a little vanilla.
    You might glance at Yahoo's front page and watch how they create news titles to grab
    people to open the links. You might add a related video or a related
    pic or two to grab readers interested about everything've written. Just my opinion,
    it could make your posts a little livelier.
