PRESS STATEMENT FROM THE BENUE APC.

The All Progressives Congress, APC, Benue State, has expelled three of
its members from Ogbadibo Local Government area for flaunting the
party's constitution.

They are:

3: Hon. Joseph Sunday Aiono Ward l.

The decision to expel the trio was taken today at the meeting of the
State Working Committee of the party presided over by its chairman
Comrade Abba Yaro.

The party cited Article 21, Section D (V) of the party's constitution
which states that; Any member who files an action in Court of Law
against the party or any of its officers on any matter or matters
relating to the discharge of the duties of the party without first
exhausting the avenues for redress provided for in this constitution
AUTOMATICALLY STANDS EXPELLED FROM THE PARTY on filling such action
and no appeal against the expulsion as stipulated in this clause shall
be entertained until the Withdrawer of the action from Court by the
member.

The party therefore advises other members who are intending to tow the
same path to desist forthwith or face similar action.
